Maths
From counting bricks to quadratic equations. We fix the gaps underneath the topic your child is stuck on, so the next one lands first time.
AMVI Teachings is a friendly tutoring service for children from their first times tables in Year 1 all the way to their last GCSE paper. Real tutors, small numbers, and lessons children actually look forward to.
Each subject is taught by a tutor who specialises in it — not a generalist working a chapter ahead of your child.
From counting bricks to quadratic equations. We fix the gaps underneath the topic your child is stuck on, so the next one lands first time.
Phonics and reading for the little ones; language paper technique, essay structure and set texts for GCSE. Handwriting and spelling welcome too.
Equations, moles and required practicals made logical rather than memorised. We work through past papers mark scheme by mark scheme.
Big topics broken into small ones — cells, organ systems, ecology and genetics — with recall practice built into every single lesson.
Forces, electricity, waves and the equation sheet. We teach the working out, so marks are still there even when the final answer isn't.
Geography, history, computer science, RE, a modern language, or general study skills — tell us what your child needs and we will match a tutor or say so honestly if we can't.
Ask about a subjectPick a year group and a subject and give it a go — no sign-up, no email. A quick way to see where your child is confident and where a little help would go a long way.
Not sure which fits? Start with the free trial and we'll tell you honestly what we'd recommend.

Year group, subjects, exam board, and what's going well or not. Two minutes on the form below is plenty.
Your child meets their tutor and we find out where they really are. No cost, no obligation, no pressure.
One-to-one, a small group, or a booster course — plus the goal we're aiming at and how we'll know we've got there.
Weekly sessions, homework in between, and a written progress report every half term so you always know where things stand.
Group sessions run at one of our two rooms — whichever is easier for you to reach. Both are air conditioned and set up properly for teaching, not borrowed corners of a café.
